Brendan Day Finney is an architect who maintains an abiding interest in the city and cooperative spatial practice. He has worked at a variety of scales, from hands-on community-led design-build projects, to conventional building drafting and community planning; from object-making and industrial design, to exhibition conception and construction. He currently works as Project Manager and Designer for Estudio Teddy Cruz. His concern is to maintain a fluid process of research, design, and outreach, collaborating with community organizers, architects, developers, activists, academic researchers, artists, students, and citizens. He received his BA from the University of Montana in English Literature, and his MArch from Syracuse University.
